Greetings Ave Maria Little League Membership,

For the expressed purposes of electing a Board of Directors for the upcoming season, we will hold nominations and submit ballots in-person as described below.

Nomination Information

Nominations to the Board of Directors may be submitted via email to [email protected]. 

You may also submit nominations in person on September 16, 2022.  

A list of nominees will be presented to the general membership during the annual meeting.

Election Protocols

Only Regular Members in good standing are eligible to vote.  Regular members of the league include all current Managers, Coaches, Volunteer Umpires, Board Members, Officers of the Board, and any other person who is recognized as a volunteer in the Local League.

Membership will submit paper ballot.

Ballot is closed.  

Results are shared with membership.

Board Positions

Immediately after adjourning the annual board meeting, the newly elected board will go into session to vote on positions.
