Dear Little League Parents,

               To ensure the continued operation of Ave Maria Little League, we have created a list of nominees to fill our vacant board slots. While an election is required, several volunteers listed have agreed to these roles. The nominations are listed below.  We also welcome any additional nominations from you.  A detailed explanation for each board position is attached.

               If you are interested in a board position, please email Nicole C. Green at [email protected] by Wednesday, December 9, 2020.  Elections will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 8:00 PM at The Bean, and will begin on time.  You must be present to vote, and only one vote is allowed per family.  Families must have had youth participate in Ave Maria Little League in the past in order to vote.  On election day, in order to win, a candidate must have a 50% majority; if no candidate attains 50%, a run-off will be held between the top 2 candidates.  Voting will take place one position at a time starting with the president.  The new board will take over after the election effective immediately. While the election is the main agenda of the meeting, we request that at least one parent per player attend, as we will have important information provided about the 2021 Spring Season.
